About Tall Guy
Keith started Tall Guy Lending as an additional service to his investor clients. He and his partner frequently wholesale properties from their residential home solutions company, 2 Tall Guys.com. It was a natural way to provide even more value to our network of real estate investors in the Houston and surrounding communities. Our goal is to help you achieve your profit objectives as swiftly as possible. We understand first-hand that competition for these properties is fierce. Because we are local and use our own money, we can be flexible and creative and move fast for common sense deals. We originate loans primarily for flippers and rental investors. Sorry, we do not provide mortgages/loans for the primary resident (owner-occupied) home buyers.
